Class Refund Policies:
Class cancellations:
A full refund will be provided if:
The Class is cancelled or the Class is rescheduled and the student cannot attend the rescheduled Class.
Student cancellations:
If a cancellation is received at least 10 days prior to the Class, the Class fee minus a $10 processing fee will be refunded.
If a cancellation is received 9 days or less prior to the Class, no refund is available unless authorized by HWFA. However, the Class fee can become a donation and a donation receipt will be provided upon request.
The refund policy is set by Heritage Weavers & Fiber Artists. If refunds are available, requests must be directed to Heritage Weavers & Fiber Artists - they cannot be handled by ClubExpress.
