Registration and Payment:

You can register and pay for your class in one of several ways:

1. Online: Click HERE to register and pay now via credit card.

2. In person: Visit the Boarding House at the Historic Johnson Farm (see address below) during open hours (M-F, 10-3) to complete a class registration form and make your payment via cash, check or credit card.

3. By mail: Click HERE for the Registration Form, then download and print the form. Complete the form and mail (see address below) with a check made out to Heritage Weavers and Fiber Artists.

4 Harness Doubleweave
Class Description: Doubleweave is a fascinating weave structure - it almost seems like “magic”.  Two layers of cloth woven at the same time - double width, a vertical tube or horizontal tubes, blocks of color and stripes - WOW, it is magic.  In this class we will dissect this weave structure, with handouts to understand “how to” do this weave structure in and after class.

Fee:  Payable by cash, check or credit card
$180.00 for HWFA members (must have completed orientation at time of registration)
$190.00 for non-HWFA members

Materials provided by instructor: yarn and handouts
Materials fee:
$15.00 (payable in cash to instructor first day of class)
Materials brought by student: Lunch and drink; weaving tools, small sharp scissors or snips, pencil and calculator

Additional information: Park at the Historic Johnson Farm Interpretive Center and walk to the Boarding House. Handicapped parking is available at the Boarding House. Please note, as a historic building, the Boarding House is not handicapped accessible.
