Registration and Payment:
You can register and pay for your class in one of several ways:
1. Online: Click HERE to register and pay now via credit card.
2. In person: Visit the Boarding House at the Historic Johnson Farm (see address below) during open hours (M-F, 10-3) to complete a class registration form and make your payment via cash or check.
3. By mail: Click HERE for the Registration Form, then download and print the form. Complete the form and mail (see address below) with a check made out to Heritage Weavers and Fiber Artists.

Rigid Heddle - Adventures in Color and Weave
Class Description: Elevate your handwoven work on the rigid heddle loom by mastering color theory. Whether you want to
explore color harmony, design unique patterns with color, or simply feel overwhelmed by picking colors, this course is tailored
for you. Over three days, you’ll delve into color theory and pattern creation while weaving your own scarf. The class moves at a
relaxed pace; however, students should be able to set up a rigid heddle loom with little help.
Fee: Payable by cash, check or credit card
$210.00 for HWFA members (must have completed orientation at time of registration)
$220.00 for non-HWFA members

Prerequisites: Must be able to perform direct warping with minimal assistance

Materials provided by instructor: Class notes
Materials fee: $10.00 if using instructor supplied yarn (payable in cash to instructor first day of class)
Materials brought by student: Yarn (worsted weight/size 4, one light and one dark skein), scissors, tapestry needle, pencil/pen. Lunch and drink.
Additional information: Park at the Historic Johnson Farm Interpretive Center and walk to the Boarding House. Handicapped parking is available at the Boarding House. Please note, as a historic building, the Boarding House is not handicapped accessible.
